How do I book a session?
Please fill out the contact form or message me directly on WhatsApp with your preferred date, location, and the type of photography you have in mind. I usually reply within 24 hours to discuss availability, learn about your vision, and help you choose the right collection. I will always confirm all the creative details and the total price upfront before you book. Your date is officially secured and reserved in my calendar once your booking retainer is received.
How is the price calculated?
Your total price is based on the type of photography, your chosen collection or agreed scope of work, and any optional extras you wish to add. Travel within Kingston is completely included. For locations outside Kingston, I will confirm whether any travel fee applies. Any admission, parking, permit, or location fees will also be fully confirmed in advance. I will confirm the final total price before you book, so you will know exactly what to expect.
Do you travel outside Kingston?
Yes, absolutely! I offer family, portrait, branding, and wedding photography in Amherstview, Gananoque, South Frontenac, Westport, Prince Edward County, and surrounding communities, including sessions at Wynn Farms and Spring Meadow Orchards. Travel within Kingston is included. For locations outside Kingston, I will confirm whether any travel fee applies before you book, so you will know the full price upfront. Just send me your preferred location, and we will masterfully plan your session from there.
How long will the session last?
The duration depends entirely on your chosen collection. Family and lifestyle sessions range from 45 minutes to two hours, depending on the format and whether you have chosen an extended family upgrade. For weddings and commercial branding sessions, we will discuss your plans and agree on the perfect coverage time based on your specific timeline and photography needs before you book.
How does payment work?
A booking retainer reserves your date and counts towards your total price. I will confirm the exact retainer amount and payment schedule before you book.
• For family, portrait, and lifestyle branding sessions, the remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your session. For larger commercial branding projects, we may agree on a custom payment schedule.
• For weddings, the remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date.
If you book a session less than 24 hours in advance, or a wedding less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless we’ve agreed on a custom payment schedule.
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer.
